Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms", “Terms of Service”) carefully before using YManage (the "Service") which is located at http://ymanage.net (the “Site”) and operated by Main Raise Yachting ("us", "we" or "our").

You (“you”, “user”) must read, agree to, and accept all of the Terms before accessing and using the Site or Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Site or Service. By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Purpose of the Site and Service

YManage is an online Yacht Management Platform designed for yacht management companies, yacht owners and crew members. The Service is used to operate and manage yacht charter businesses. The Service is provided by Main Raise Yachting, subject to these Terms.

The Site is used to market the Service. Users also access the Service through the Site. The Site is maintained by Main Raise Yachting, subject to these Terms.


To use the Service, you must register for an account (“Account”). To create an Account, you must be a legal entity or an individual 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts. By registering for an Account, or by using the Site or Service, you agree to (a) abide by these Terms; and (b) be financially responsible for your use of the Site and purchase of the Service.

When you register for an Account on the Site, you will be asked to choose a username and a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You authorize Main Raise Yachting to assume that any person using the Site or Service with your username and password, either is you or is authorized to act for you. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.

When you register for an Account on the Site, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so is a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your Account. You may add a profile picture and other personal details to your user profile. By doing so, you consent your profile to be shown to other users who have access to the same workspace in the Service.

3.Payment Methods

The monthly Service fee can be paid by credit card or via PayPal.

You hereby authorize Main Raise Yachting to run credit card authorizations on all credit cards provided by you, to store credit card or other financial details as your payment method for the Service, and to charge your credit card, PayPal account, or any other payment method.

By providing us payment method information, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorized to provide the information; (b) you are legally authorized to perform payments using the payment method; and © such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the payment method or applicable law. When you authorize a payment via the Site, you represent and warrant that there are sufficient funds or credit available to complete the payment using the designated payment method.


The Site and the Service operate in euros (EUR). If your payment method is denominated in another currency and requires currency conversion to make payments in euros, Main Raise Yachting is not responsible for the conversion rate used by your bank or payment method provider, or for any fees your bank or payment method provider may charge you for cross-border payments or currency conversions.

5.Payment Cycle and Confirmation

We will charge your payment method for the first monthly Service fee on the day you purchase the Service. There will be a recurring charge each month thereafter, unless and until you cancel the Service (see X. Termination). We automatically charge your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to your initial purchase. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing. If your initial purchase was on a day not contained in a given month, we may charge your payment method on another day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you purchased the Service on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th. After your payment method has been charged, we send you a payment confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will serve as a digital receipt for your payment. If the payment transaction has been declined by your bank or payment method provider, we send you a notice of amount due (see 3.5 Non-payment).

6.Return of Funds

As required by the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the Service within 14 days of initial purchase, without providing a reason for your withdrawal. If you decide to withdraw within 14 days, you will receive a full (100%) refund of the Service fee charged, regardless of whether you have used the Service or not.

If you choose to withdraw from the Service within 14 days of initial purchase, you must provide us a written notice of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..on. After we have received your withdrawal notice, we will process your refund within 7 days through the designated payment method that was initially charged for the Service fee. The amount refunded will not include any service, currency conversion, cross-border payment, or other fees your bank or payment method provider may have charged you for the initial payment. Main Raise Yachting is responsible for processing the refund within 7 days but takes no responsibility over how long your bank or payment method provider takes to return the funds to you.

You agree that, after the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the Service fee charged is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. No credits or refunds will be issued for downgrading your Service plan. If you choose to downgrade your plan, your Service fee will be amended for your next monthly payment.


In case of non-payment, we will provide you with notice of any amount due. Unless the full amount has been paid fourteen (14) days after such notice, we may suspend or cancel your access to the Service and close your Account. If there is a dispute regarding the amount due, we will not suspend access to the Service, as long as both parties are cooperating diligently and in good faith to resolve the dispute. If the Service is suspended for non-payment, we may charge a re-activation fee to reinstate the Service.
